ABOUT

Plant NOVACORE is an international project carried out in Ukraine in orderto facilitate the technological upgrading of Ukrainian animal industry and poultry.

The plant was built according to the European technology with the joint participation of Ukrainian and international capital.In the course of development and in the implementation of the project due to the highvaluation and interest to a group of investors has joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The plant's capacity is 36 thousand tons per year that allows to meet the all needs of Ukrainianproducers of compound feed in providing the high-class mineral-vitamin feed additives(premixes) all kinds of farm animals and poultry.

NOVACORE IN FACTS

The plant was built according to the European technology.The main funding for the project carried out by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD ). Investment in the plant exceeded 20 mln. US dollars.

EQUIPMENT

Production-testing laboratory is equipped with modern equipment from leading manufacturers in Germany, Switzerland and Australia.

The automated production line , allowing implement high-precision ( precision ) and rapid dispensing that it provides the desired balance of components in the mixture.

Innovative QuickLift system provides a fast lifting of batches in mixer. Vertical transport components and multi-stage procedure of stripping between the parties rule out the risk of undesirable blending ( contamination ).

Robotic packaging line ARODO, provides high precision filling product bags.

Powerful automated information management system of production plant processes allows tracking of the production process from the reception of raw materials to packaging of finished products (Tracking & Tracing System)

PRODUCTION SYSTEM IS COMPOSED OF 9 CAREFULLY
TESTED AND CONTROLLED PHASES

All raw components arriving at the plant for the production of premixes NOVACORE, are tested in our own modern production and testing laboratory. Raw investigated as to the content or activity declared in the accompanying certificates of quality indicators of the components and for additional security settings.
